• Where is the store based?

  Catanzaro, Italy

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Each item I sell is handmade to order so I averagely need 5 days from purchase day to create, add details, paint and finish your order. I do my best to ship each item as soon as it's ready, but due to the pandemic I try to reduce the moments I stay outside, gathering several parcels to ship them all in a single day, so some delays are possible.

  All orders are shipped with Registered mail and are provided with tracking number.
  The estimated shipping time depends on your Country: about 10 business days for Italy; about 15 business days for Europe; about 20 business days for USA and Canada; about 25 business days for Australia and other countries
  Please note that anti Covid-19 measures may have increased processing time, also, postal services are usually busier during holidays, so shipping time may increase.

  I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal disservice: I do my best to choose the most reliable and precise Postal Service, but after the parcel has been carefully packaged and handed at the postal office, the delivery is no longer under my direct control.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Don't be scared of the USD pricing: I happily accept orders from countries outside of the US, indeed I'm based in a EU country! You can place the order, then paypal will make the proper currency exchange :)

• About handmade

  Each item in my shop is handmade.
  When you purchase a one of a kind piece (marked as OOAK in the first photo) you are purchasing the exact item you see in the photo, it is unique and inimitable.
  When you purchase a piece that is not marked as OOAK you'll receive an item that is handmade on the guidelines of the prototype you see in the photo. Therefore your piece can show small differences from the one you see as example: this is what makes each handmade piece unique and special.

• What is Storenvy?

  This store is created with Storenvy, an online store builder and marketplace for inspired brands. As a shopper, you can discover and buy items from multiple stores from all over the world and check out in one step at or open your own store for free.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
